Bookings

All workshop bookings can be paid for by Paypal (through our website), Credit Card (over the telephone) or Cheque.  Payment must be received prior to the scheduled workshop date.  Once payment has been received the booking will be confirmed in writing and you will be informed of the relevant details about the specified workshop you will be attending.  If, in the unlikely event, you have not received written confirmation within seven days of booking please contact us at your earliest convenience.

 

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable, for any reason, to attend a workshop that you have booked, we will endeavour to fill your place.  If we are able to fill your place then we will offer you a refund minus an administration charge of £10.  However, if we are unable to fill your place then we regret that we will be unable to offer you a refund.  If you do not turn up on the day of your booked course, then regrettably, no refund will be given.  In the highly unlikely event that we need to cancel a workshop, we will offer you an alternative date.  If you are unable to attend the alternative date then we will give you a full refund.  We will not take responsibility for pre-booked travel or accommodation arrangements that you may have made.  By booking a workshop with us please be aware that you are bound by these Terms and Conditions.

 

Clay

We will provide you with enough clay within the price of the course provided you work to a small scale, however if you do decide to make larger pieces you will be able to buy more clay. 

 

General

We reserve the right to change our workshop prices without prior notice.

 

Payment

You can pay using the following credit or debit cards:

Your payment will be handled securely by Paypal. The payment will be encrypted to minimise the possibility of third parties reading your details.

The money will be debited from your account at the end of the checkout process.

 

Notification

Confirmation of your order will be sent by email and in this regard you will be required to provide an email address on registration.

 

Registration and Use of Personal Data

Before you place an order or book a place on any workshop, we require that you register with us.

On registering, we will ask you for personal information in the form of a contact telephone number, an email address and a delivery address. We require this information in order to process your order and to keep on our database so that we may, from time to time, keep you informed of any special offers that we feel may be of interest to you.

We undertake that any information that we hold about you will be kept securely and we will not, in any circumstance, pass your details to a third party.

 

Delivery

We will inform you upon receipt of your order if there is likely to be a delay in delivery due to an item being out of stock.

On receipt and authorisation of your payment, goods will be dispatched within 48 hours, stock permitting (please see above). As we are a family run business in cases of holiday periods, we will state on our website that items will be dispatched after a designated date.

 

Returns

In the unlikely event that you need to return items to us, please read this returns policy carefully.

Any returns must be made to us within seven days of you receiving your order from us. Refunds will only be given if the returned items are in the original, resaleable condition that they were sent to you and unused.

Please note that you will be responsible for both the postage and the goods you are returning and it is your responsibility to bear the costs of the same. We will not refund you for postage costs.

May we strongly recommend that any items returned to us are sent by registered post and with proof of delivery. We will not be held responsible for any losses made by the postal service. In cases of loss of items by the postal service it will be up to you to make a claim against Royal Mail.

It is also your responsibility to ensure that the items you are returning are packaged securely and appropriately. We will not take any responsibility for any products damaged in the post that have been badly packaged.

In all instances, if you are dissatisfied with any item please contact us immediately to discuss the same.
